and well stocked plant beds linked by pathways and patios.
The pool is a stunning feature symmetrically positioned
to be most attractive from the house.

Ground floor rooms all have queen size beds except the children's room,
with two singles and a recliner for the nanny.

Satellite TV and Apple TV on 60" screen in ground floor TV room, and projector in the basement home cinema
30Mbs internet, WiFi covering all indoors and outdoors areas
Sonos and Apple TV are both manageable from your own phones or tablets.
